A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am a professional artist based in the Rodings, Essex and have over 35 years experience of painting and crafting, I regularly sell at Art & Craft events, exhibitions and retail outlets and have held a number of successful solo exhibitions over the years. PAINTINGS TO ORDER
I paint on commission any subject in a variety of mediums including oils, pastels, acrylics and watercolours from pet & people portraits to automotive & aircraft, wildlife and flora, architecture, landscapes and seascapes. Please browse the gallery of work and drop me a line with your enquiry for your very own bespoke painting. Ideal gift.
PRICES, TIMESCALES & DELIVERY
I work with you from your photographs or idea and provide a no obligation quote with an approximate timescale to completion.
I keep you updated on progress throughout, with full payment required before despatch, (this includes free next day delivery, UK mainland only at present).
Prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece but a typical painting with a single subject of around 12" x 16" is approximately £180. Most sizes are available from 9" x 7" up to approximately 30" depending on the medium. Please note oil paintings require a much longer lead time and will be advised at time of enquiry.
Please note: Canvases are unframed and all other paintings will include a mount but not a frame. I am happy to quote for framing at time of ordering,

OTHER WORK
Alongside more traditional art I love to paint on more unusual surfaces and reclaimed materials, from plywood and pallets to sheet metal, slate and pebbles exploring their properties and trying out new techniques including Alcohol and acrylic inks, silk and glass painting to name but a few!

As I work from my studio in the Rodings, Essex unfortunately I do not have a physical shop for visitors.

(If your direct email is regarding an enquiry for a painting please attach any photos*, the date required by, the size and your location).
I am usually available 7 days between 9 - 4pm and aim to reply to all enquiries the same day where I will provide further contact details.
*Although I understand it is not always possible, please send the highest resolution photos with clear details especially with pets or people to include detailed images of the eyes and hair or fur and any special requests.
